The DEWALT DCG418 XR FlexVolt Grinder has a high power density motor with more copper and higher grade magnets for increased power, as well as an upgraded electronic module programme and components. A mesh guard improves durability and reduces motor dust ingress/contamination. When powered by a FlexVolt DCB546 or DCB547 battery, it provides up to 30% more power than the DCG414.

Its compact gear case allows ease of use and access into tight spaces. Fitted with a rubber overmould that provides enhanced grip and comfort. An E-brake and E-clutch increase user safety, helping to protect the user in the event of disc bind up. There is also a one-touch guard system for easy keyless guard adjustments.

Comes with a two-position side handle that offers greater comfort and control.
