Orders & Delivery
We offer several delivery options including Standard Delivery (3-5 working days), Next Day Delivery, and Click & Collect. Free delivery is available on orders over £99. Express delivery options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website or the courier's tracking page. You can also check your order status by logging into your account.
You can cancel or modify your order within 1 hour of placing it by contacting our customer service team. Once the order has been processed or dispatched, we cannot cancel it, but you can return the items once received.

Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Some items like custom-made products or hazardous materials may not be eligible for return. Please see our full returns policy for details.
To return an item, log into your account, go to Order History, select the order, and click "Return Item". Follow the instructions to print a return label. Package the item securely and drop it off at your nearest post office or collection point.
Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 working days of receiving your returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
Yes, we offer exchanges for items of the same or higher value. Simply return the original item and place a new order for the item you'd like to exchange it for. We'll process your refund once we receive the return.
Products & Stock
Stock levels are updated in real-time on our website. If an item shows as "In Stock" or displays a green availability badge, it's available for immediate dispatch. Items marked as "Out of Stock" can be pre-ordered and will be dispatched when back in stock.
All products come with the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty periods vary by brand and product type. Extended warranty options are available at checkout for selected items. Please check the product page for specific warranty information.
