The Makita DPV300RTJ is a compact solution for precise detail polishing or sanding applications. A 2-speed gearbox provides 0-2800 rpm for polishing and 0-9500 rpm in sanding mode and the variable speed trigger allows precise control during operation. The brushless motor ensures long life and maintenance-free operation, allowing longer run times between charges. It is compact with an overall length of just 160mm and features eXtreme Protection Technology (XPT) technology to protect the unit from dust and moisture ingress with removable dust covers to maintain optimal airflow to the motor. Safety features include an anti-restart function, battery protection system that prevents over-discharge and an ergonomic soft grip for comfortable use.
