Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, every order from DBR Tools includes a full VAT invoice. You'll find it either placed inside the package or securely attached beneath the courier’s label in a clear plastic wallet.
We only list products that are physically in stock at our warehouse. If you see an item available on our website, you can be confident it’s ready to ship — no surprises or unnecessary delays.
Unwanted Items
If you've changed your mind about a product and wish to return it, please take note of the following:
Returns must be requested within 5 working days of receiving your order.
You must contact our customer service team before sending anything back to receive a return reference number.
Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.
We reserve the right to charge for any necessary repackaging.
You are responsible for return shipping costs. Alternatively, we can arrange a collection for a £14.99 fee.
Ensure items are securely packed for transit — we cannot be held responsible for damage caused by your chosen courier.
Custom or special-order items (such as spare parts) are non-returnable.
All returns must include proof of purchase, your name, address, contact number, order number, and ideally, the reason for return.
Shortages
If any part of your order is missing, please notify our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll investigate and arrange a swift resolution. Please note: items marked as “to follow” are not considered shortages.
Damaged Goods
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours. We’ll arrange collection and a replacement. Please do not use the item, as use will be taken as acceptance and we may only offer repair, not replacement.
Faulty Items
All our products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, which excludes standard wear and tear and consumable parts (e.g., drill bits).
If an item is found to be faulty within 7 working days, contact us and we will arrange for collection and send the item to the manufacturer for inspection.
After 7 days, customers are responsible for returning the item via a tracked courier service.
If eligible under warranty, the product will either be repaired or replaced as per the manufacturer’s policy.
We can offer a collection service after 7 days upon request for a £15.00 charge.
Return shipping to you after repair or replacement will be free of charge.
Yes, we can deliver on Saturdays (UK only) which will incur extra postage charges. You will be offered delivery upgrade options at checkout. This should also include Sunday deliveries as we do these too with DPD.
